The house can accommodate up to 12 guests with its 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and stunning views. The outdoor amenities are perfect for guests to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Relax in the hot tub, play games in the pole barn lit with string lights, or gather around the giant fire pit to make s'mores or sit under the teepee and share stories. The beach is just a short 1.2-mile drive away, with tree-lined hiking and biking trails, wineries, cafes, outlet malls, and antique shops all within easy reach. It's an ideal retreat for families and friends seeking an escape in nature.
Recently renovated, this home offers new and top-of-the-line equipment in the kitchen and all areas of the house. As you enter the home, you will find a comfortable sitting area with a full-size sofa bed. The laundry/mudroom and a half bathroom are adjacent to this space. A few steps down, you'll find the Rec Room with three twin beds, a flat-screen streaming TV, and an additional couch. The Main living level boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with patio doors that lead to a two-tier deck, a gas grill, and an 8-person hot tub. The living room features ample seating, a pub table, and a streaming flat-screen TV. On the upper level, you'll find a full bathroom with a tub, Bedroom #2 and #3 with queen beds, and the Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and a private half bath.
The large fire pit comes with Adirondack seating for 12, and behind it is a massive teepee! LED string lights add a delightful touch to the pole barn, which has plenty of space for games like cornhole (included) and a 65" flat-screen TV.
Overall, The Dune Retreat offers everything you could want in a vacation home, making it the perfect destination for your next trip. Please note that during Peak Season, check-in and check-out are only available on Saturdays.
