Tate's Retreat is just a few blocks from the Sandy Shores of Lake Michigan, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom is complete with a game room! It offers everything you need for your getaway! The primary Bedroom has a King size bed, Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen bed all rooms and bedrooms complete with blackout blinds! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate dining room. The main floor living room offers an additional sleeping space (double) and a 70' streaming tv! The lower level has a pool table and another living room with a streaming tv, with 2 twin beds, an additional cot tucked away in a nook. The backyard has a large deck with a pergola for shade fo seating and a table for dining with a large fenced in back yard. There is an additional twin rollaway bed for more sleeping. All on a quiet tree lined street. We are close to Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall, Blue Chip Casino, less than an hour from Notre Dame University, local breweries and wineries.
